As a parent, it is scary thinking about what can happen to our kids when we aren't around. Luckily, we can teach them what to do in challenging situations just as we teach them what to do in case of a fire or other emergency. 

Our EZ Self Defense for Children Workshop teaches kids how to handle themselves in a variety of situations using real-life scenarios and age appropriate role plays. The skills they will learn can stop abuse, abduction, assault, and bullying. Our expert instructors will guide them on the following topics and more:

• Anti-Abduction Stratgies

• How to handle bullying by their peers

• Setting clear and appropriate boundaries

• Using their voices loudly to attract attention

• Getting help in public if they are lost or in need
